The Kircher Uhlhorn newest development in East Memphis is starting construction with a 21 lot residential planned development. Chris Dickens will also be one of the builders in the development. The area that will be soon be transformed is +/-7.06 acres and located at 6610 Messick Road.
The lot sizes will range from 7,750 to 14,570 square feet, and all lots will have side-loaded or carriage court garages except for lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 which are served by a rear ingress/egress easement and may have front-loaded garages facing said easement. The minimum heated square floor area of the homes shall be 4,000 square feet.
